The wide ramp accommodates both small and large vegetables and is textured to keep food from sticking. The non-slip handle and base provide a comfortable grip and stability while slicing, and convenient notches allow for slicing directly over bowls. The clear window provides visibility while slicing, and the contoured food holder shaped to hold long and round food protects hands while slicing.
