Temporary Extended Returns in Response to COVID-19
For all items purchased online on or after February 1, 2020, we will accept in-store returns up to 45 days after stores reopen. We are continuing to accept returns by mail; the extended return period above applies. Purchases made after stores reopen will be subject to our standard 45-day return policy.
