To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation or "Orders" page.
- Apparel, footwear and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Items must be returned within 90 days
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable
- Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
- Items equal to or more than $500 may not be returned in store

The return shipping fee is $5.95 for the US, $10.95 for Canada and $25.95 for Australia. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.
- Returns to Nordstrom Rack will be refunded back to the original form of payment on the spot
- Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
